Simply terrible, do not go near this chain. Thieves. They offer unstable furniture and then every treatment of the problem they created takes 14 business days. I ordered 2 armchairs and a wardrobe. The wardrobe did not arrive as promised with silicone in the doors without holes in the sides to change the height of the shelves, the wardrobe is unstable and they stuck it in place without the possibility of moving it because if you move it there is no warranty. I have been chasing 2 managers from the branch for a week and a half who said they would take care of it but have not gotten back to me with an answer. One armchair arrived in a vacuum and did not inflate properly and I am now waiting 14 business days for it to be replaced for me!!! Shame on the service and from what it looks like the products are not of good quality either. The second armchair is supposed to arrive tomorrow as ordered and no one has contacted me until now. They think I am just waiting for them at home. *** I am updating that I received a response from Chanel and an excellent response to all the problems. I wish everyone in their customer service was like her. She spoke to me and at the same time with all the suppliers. She arranged that two days later they would replace the old sofa with a good and fun sofa. The second sofa arrived on the promised day and is perfect. She made sure they would send an installer to the closet to move the closet, fix it where I asked, replace the faulty door and add the holes that were needed. In the end, I was satisfied. Thank you
